What sized dogs do you train?

What types of vaccinations do the dogs have to have?

All dogs must have updated vaccinations. The required vaccinations are Rabies, DHPP/DA2PP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) and Bordetella (kennel cough).

Do you serve working dogs?

We will train protection and protection obedience with dogs who meet the criteria in an evaluation. We provide the transport and training. Protection and protection obedience are scheduled differently than pet dog training.

Will you administer my dog's medications?

Yes. Please make sure to bring medication with you, along with a detailed schedule and any side effects we should watch for. We will also require the name and phone number of your veterinarian, incase of an allergic reaction, or problem with the medication(s).

Should I bring my own food or will you provide food?

We do not provide food. Please bring your own food if you are using a service that is during their normal feeding times.

Can I bring my own dog bed, blankets or crates?

No. The only thing the dogs are allowed to bring is any medications, foods, and training treats.

Will my dog play with other dogs?

No, unless the other dogs are from your home. If you have more than one dog that is using our services they will be allowed to be in the same area and train together.

What are pick up and drop off times?

We pick up/ drop off your dog during pre-arranged times!

What happens if my pet gets sick while staying with you?

If your pet becomes ill while in our care, we will contact you. If you are not available then the person/ veterinary clinic you have outlined will be contacted. If no one is available, or the vet is closed, we will take your pet to an emergency veterinary office.

How far in advance should I book services?

As soon as possible. Scheduling services as soon as you know you'll need them is recommended. If you would like to book last minute, and we have space, we're happy to come pick your pup up!

What is your cancelation policy?

We appreciate a 72 hour notice for cancelations. Any cancellations within the 72 hour window will be charged full price. If cancelation is made before the 72 hour window, 75% of the fee will be returned.

What is the minimum age dog your kennel will accept?

12 weeks, with at least the first two rounds of vaccinations. Please be advised that it is not safe for unvaccinated puppies to be out and about and we assume no liability if you choose to bring a puppy.

What types of dogs are not allowed?

We do not serve any dog that has temperament issues such as extreme reactivity, food aggression or aggression toward people.
